We resolve small damages as follows: damages to items are repaired or compensated through a discount on the moving price, in consultation with you. This will be discussed directly after the move with the senior mover.
For repairs, we take the damaged item with us after the move and bring it to one of our trusted repair/renovation specialists.
We do not have an excess; all repair damages are covered by us.

If you help with the move yourself, we will handle the heavy and hard-to-move items. You and any other helpers will get simple tasks where little can go wrong!
Our moving trucks are equipped with at least 50 moving blankets. This ensures that your furniture is well protected and transported safely to your new home.
